Sinan Gümüşay is an astronomy researcher writer. He is 42. He is married with Sarah Williams and he is from İzmir. Shortly before he wanted a new building in İzmir because his already home is not enough for his job and life. His job in İzmir, he is also academician in University of Economics and he needs open air view for his researches. So, he search for a suitable site with his wife for new home.

Sarah Willams is a painter. She is 37. She is working on home office. In their home, there is a studio for painting. However, she wants to have her own painting gallery space. Also, she has a dream. She wants to have students and painting workshop.
